Eligible Criteria: Applicants must have completed a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, with a total of at least 16 years of formal education (including 12 years of school and 4 years of undergraduate study). A minimum CGPA of 2.0 or a second division (or equivalent) at the bachelor's level is required for eligibility.
