Eligible Criteria:
- MBBS, BDS, BPH, BN/BNS/BSc. Nursing, B.Sc MLT/BMLT, BAMS, B.Pharmacy, B.Optometry, B.V.Sc. BASLP or equivalent from institutions recognized by the government of Nepal. Registered either in Nepal Medical Council, Nepal Nursing Council, Nepal Health Professional Council, Nepal Pharmacy Council, Nepal Ayurveda Council or Nepal Veterinary Council. Candidate should score a minimum of 50% (Pass Marks) in the Entrance Examinations conducted by Medical Education Commission for being eligible to be on the merit list.
About Program:
The Master of Public Health (MPH) program aims to achieve academic excellence and foster the development of health technologies while advancing innovative ideas and leadership qualities in the public health field. This program is designed to produce highly competent public health professionals capable of contributing to healthier living environments by promoting health, preventing illnesses, and protecting against diseases. Graduates of the MPH program will be well-equipped to educate people on health promotion and manage public health services effectively. Upon completion of the program, graduates will be able to conduct independent or collaborative research and contribute to the development of evidence-based health policies, plans, and programs. They will play a vital role in shaping public health practices that enhance the well-being of individuals and communities alike.
