The Diploma in Bakery, certified by CTEVT Nepal, is a 9-month Diploma in Bakery designed for aspiring bakers and pastry chefs. With a structured blend of theoretical knowledge, hands-on baking practice, and industry exposure, this course prepares students for a successful career in the baking industry. The course will help students learn essential baking techniques, food safety, and pastry arts. The final three months include an unpaid internship at top hospitality establishments in Kathmandu, offering real-world experience in a professional bakery setting.
