Bachelor in (Hons) Business Administration (BBA)

Eligible Criteria: To be eligible for a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) (BBA Hons) at the National College of Management and Technical Science (NCMT), students typically need to have completed their 10+2 level education (or equivalent) with a second division (or a minimum CGPA of 1.80 or above). They will also likely need to pass the CMAT entrance exam, as well as a group discussion and personal interview. Additionally, students are required to provide relevant academic certificates, photos, and copies of their citizenship and birth certificates.

The BBA learning goals specify the intellectual and behavioral competencies that graduates should possess and that provide a foundation for their future professional and personal development and success. Learning goals are general statements, so a number of measurable learning objectives are also established for each goal. ​ Critical Thinking and Decision Making -Students are able to: Use analytical and reflective thinking techniques to identify and analyze problems, develop viable alternatives, and make effective decisions. Apply appropriate quantitative and qualitative techniques in solving business problems. ​ Communication Skills – Students are able to: Write effective business documents. Prepare and deliver effective oral business presentation using a variety of appropriate technologies. ​ Ethical Behavior and Social Responsibility – Students are able to: Identify and analyze ethical conflicts and social responsibility issues involving different stakeholders. Develop viable alternatives and make effective decisions relating to business ethics and social responsibility.
